Abstract
It is important to be aware of climate change effects within our eco system.  This research study is focusing on Climate change effects on agriculture and environment. Have you being wondering as to why farmers recently are incurring losses in their farm produces?. Stay in this article to understand the concepts of adaptation and mitigation measures against the changing climate. This research is based on community interview, questionnaires, surveys, experiments, case studies and participant and non-participant observation.  However, participant and non-participant observation with community interview questionnaires yielded very impressive results to which the communities facing severe effects of climate change should start practicing. It is no longer a joke issue since the farmers have realized the reasons as to why most of them are saving less compared to input resources. By the end of this research thesis, you will be fully equipped with best choices to fight climate change.
Introduction
Climate change can be defined with simple terms as a change in weather pattern including temperature and rainfall in given region over  long period of time. Scientists across the globe have been researching and concluded that, the earth’s climate have been changing even long before humans came into picture. However, research shows that the earth’s average temperature has been increasing much more quickly than they would expect over the past 150 years.
