If your destination is not so far you can walk instead of using a car, also taking the stairs instead of the lift can help burn some calories .Excersice is good as it can reduce stress levels which would otherwise cause you to have high blood pressure. You don’t even have to go to gym where you will be charged a fortune.
(c)Have enough sleep. It is important to get at least eight hours of sleep every day, lack of enough sleep can result to illness.
(d)Do not drink too often. Alcohol addiction is bad for your liver and it also causes financial strains
(e)Stay away from toxic relationships. Bad company ruins good morals, so they say. Tolerating bad companies may cause you to compromise by forcing you to do staff that will affect your health such as taking drugs.
